Subject: [PATCH] ARM: Reduce "CPU: shutdown" message to debug level
Similar to c68b0274fb3c ("ARM: reduce "Booted secondary processor"
message to debug level"), demote the "CPU: shutdown" pr_notice() into a
pr_debug().
