Changes since v3:
 - Move to iio/light directory.
 - Revert a change made in v2. Use PROCESSED for light and RAW for proximity
   as discussed.
 - Removed BIT(IIO_CHAN_INFO_SCALE) (Jonathan: 'For the proximity it's normal
   to provide raw with no known scale')
