Subject: [PATCH 1/4] added SECURITY_TIOCSTI_RESTRICT kernel config
adding the kernel config SECURITY_TIOCSTI_RESTRICT in order to allow
the user to restrict unprivileged command injection using TIOCSTI
tty ioctls
