Subject: [PATCH 3/3] sctp: Replace four seq_printf() calls by seq_puts()

From: Markus Elfring <elfring@...rs.sourceforge.net>
Date: Mon, 1 May 2017 14:54:18 +0200

Strings which did not contain data format specifications should be put
into a sequence. Thus use the corresponding function "seq_puts".

This issue was detected by using the Coccinelle software.
