Subject: [PATCH] spi: SPI_TI_QSPI should depend on HAS_DMA

If NO_DMA=y:

    ERROR: "bad_dma_ops" [drivers/spi/spi-ti-qspi.ko] undefined!

Add a dependency on HAS_DMA to fix this.
