Thanks; right now, I get this:

# modprobe -v kvm-intel

modprobe: ERROR: could not insert 'kvm_intel': Input/output error

but that appears to have nothing to do with the MWAIT patches. I'm
bisecting to find the root cause, but it's really slow...
