Subject: drivers/pcmcia/Kconfig

PCCARD entry has menuconfig type. This makes it invisible from, for
example, gconfig, and we get additional pcmcia modules in builtin
tree. This is unexpected behaviour.
Looks like the entry was improperly refactored since 2.6.24.

I would like to hear others' opinion.
