Subject: [PATCH] fs: kill CONFIG_PERCPU_RWSEM some more
As of:
bf3eac84c42 (percpu-rwsem: kill CONFIG_PERCPU_RWSEM)
we unconditionally build pcpu-rwsems. Remove a leftover
in for FILE_LOCKING.
