Subject: [PATCH] pinctrl: amd: don't load pinctrl-amd on Gigabyte AM4 boards

On Gigabyte AM4 boards, pinctrl-amd generates tons of irq, makes the
system not able to boot properly.

Don't load the module until Gigabyte fixes the issue.
