Subject: [PATCH 1/4] thermal: uniphier: add UniPhier thermal driver

Add a thermal driver for on-chip PVT (Process, Voltage and Temperature)
monitoring unit implemented on UniPhier SoCs. This driver supports
temperature monitoring and alert function.
