For the read path of f2fs_map_blocks(), if blkaddr == NEW_ADDR, then it 
will goto sync_out before setting the F2FS_MAP_UNWRITTEN flag. Thus, 
this flag would never be set in read or write paths here, so I suggest 
simply removing the judgment about UNWRITTEN.
