Subject: [PATCH 08/11] pcmcia: ds: convert to use DRIVER_ATTR_RO

We are trying to get rid of DRIVER_ATTR(), and the pcmcia driver's
attribute can be trivially changed to use DRIVER_ATTR_RO().
