Subject: [PATCH v2] gpio: lp87565: Add support for GPIO
Add driver for lp87565 PMIC family GPIOs. Three GPIOs are supported
and can be configured in Open-drain output or Push-pull output.

Latest version of mfd patch:
https://patchwork.kernel.org/patch/9783079/
Changes in v2:
* included <linux/gpio/driver.h>
* stored the struct regmap *map instead of whole lp87565 struct
* clamped return values to [0,1] where necessary.
* Added more comments to explain the 2 modes.
* platform_set_drvdata(pdev, gpio)
