Here is the sample log. The sequence is: core0 exception -> core0 exec
die -> core0 interrupted -> core9 detect hardlockup on core0, set core0
pc to 0 -> core0 exception again. The last exception shows the complete
stack.
In the first exception(5716.xx), core0 holds rq->lock and tries to
activate_task, and didn't release the lock yet. In the second exception,
the stack shows core0 tries to get the same rq->lock in scheduler_tick,
but can never get it. So hardlockup is detected.
