Since 'arch/$ARCH/include/asm/topology.h' now includes
'include/linux/arch_topology.h' and 'arch/$ARCH/kernel/topology.c'
already includes 'arch/$ARCH/include/asm/topology.h' I thought it's a
good idea to get rid of this include here.
