Subject: [PATCH v2 7/8] sphinx-pre-install: fix USE needs for GraphViz and ImageMagick

Gentoo need some USE for GraphViz and ImageMagick to have
the features required by kfigure.py.

Output that when providing instructions for Gentoo.
