Subject: [PATCH v5 1/3] KVM: vmx: Enable VMFUNCs

Enable VMFUNC in the secondary execution controls.  This simplifies the
changes necessary to expose it to nested hypervisors.  VMFUNCs still
cause #UD when invoked.
