Subject: [RFC v1 5/6] platform/x86: intel_punit_ipc: Use generic intel ipc device calls

From: Kuppuswamy Sathyanarayanan <sathyanarayanan.kuppuswamy@...ux.intel.com>

Removed redundant IPC helper functions and refactored the
intel_punit_ipc_simple_command() and intel_punit_ipc_command()
functions to use eneric IPC device driver APIs.
