Subject: [PATCH] perf/x86/intel/p4: make array p4_event_aliases static

From: Colin Ian King <colin.king@...onical.com>

The array p4_event_aliases is local to the source and do not need to be in
global scope, so make it static.

Cleans up sparse warning:
warning: symbol 'p4_event_aliases' was not declared. Should it be static?
