Subject: [PATCH v3 3/3] lockdep: Rename LOCKDEP_COMPLETE config

'complete' is an adjective and sounds like 'lockdep is complete'.
Anyway, it was not named properly. LOCKDEP_COMPLETIONS would be
better to explain what it represents.
