Subject: [PATCH] sound: fix some checkpatch errors and warnings.
ERROR: trailing whitespace
WARNING: please, no spaces at the start of a line
ERROR: open brace '{' following struct go on the same line
ERROR: do not initialise statics to 0
ERROR: "foo * bar" should be "foo *bar"
ERROR: spaces required around that '='
ERROR: switch and case should be at the same indent
WARNING: Statements should start on a tabstop
WARNING: Block comments use * on subsequent lines
