Message-Id: <20170918231258.3151-6-logang@deltatee.com> Date: Mon, 18 Sep 2017 17:12:56 -0600 From: Logan Gunthorpe <logang@...tatee.com> To: linux-kernel@...r.kernel.org, linux-arch@...r.kernel.org, linux-ntb@...glegroups.com, linux-crypto@...r.kernel.org Cc: Arnd Bergmann <arnd@...db.de>, Greg Kroah-Hartman <gregkh@...uxfoundation.org>, Andy Shevchenko <andy.shevchenko@...il.com>, Horia Geantă <horia.geanta@....com>, Logan Gunthorpe <logang@...tatee.com>, Christoph Hellwig <hch@....de>, Alan Cox <gnomes@...rguk.ukuu.org.uk> Subject: [PATCH v8 5/7] io-64-nonatomic: add io{read|write}64[be]{_lo_hi|_hi_lo} macros This patch adds generic io{read|write}64[be]{_lo_hi|_hi_lo} macros if they are not already defined by the architecture. (As they are provided by the generic iomap library). The patch also points io{read|write}64[be] to the variant specified by the header name. This is because new drivers are encouraged to use ioreadXX, et al instead of readX[1], et al -- and mixing ioreadXX with readq is pretty ugly.
