Subject: [PATCH v4 1/2] mailbox: PCC: Move the MAX_PCC_SUBSPACES definition to header file

Move the MAX_PCC_SUBSPACES definition to acpi/pcc.h file. In preparation to add
subspace id support for cppc_acpi driver.
