Subject: [PATCH v3 17/33] tracing: Pass tracing_map_elt to hist_field accessor functions
Some accessor functions, such as for variable references, require
access to a corrsponding tracing_map_elt.
Add a tracing_map_elt param to the function signature and update the
accessor functions accordingly.
