Subject: [PATCH v2 3/4] mmc: Kconfig: Enable CONFIG_MMC_SDHCI_IO_ACCESSORS

Enable CONFIG_MMC_SDHCI_IO_ACCESSORS so that SDHC controller specific
register read and write APIs, if registered, can be used.
