Subject: [PATCH] vt: Use consistent logging style

vt has a mixture of pr_<level> and printk.
Convert to using only pr_<level>.

Miscellanea:

o Coalesce formats
o Realign arguments
o Add missing braces around an if/else with the printk conversion
