Subject: [PATCH] tracing, ext4: Remove unused trace events

From: Steven Rostedt (VMware) <rostedt@...dmis.org>

Commit 69eb33dc24 ("ext4: remove single extent cache") Removed the only
instances of trace_ext4_ext_put_in_cache and trace_ext4_ext_in_cache.

Commit 7d1b1fbc95 ("ext4: reimplement ext4_find_delay_alloc_range on
extent status tree") removed the last instances of
trace_ext4_find_delalloc_range.

As trace events create data structures and functions even when they are
not used, having them defined without any instances wastes memory.

Remove the unused trace events for ext4.
