Subject: [PATCH v5 04/18] fpga: region: use dev_err instead of pr_err

Use dev_err messages instead of pr_err.

Also s/&region->dev/dev/ in two places where we already
have dev = &region->dev.

Signed-off-by: Alan Tull <atull@...nel.org>
Acked-by: Moritz Fischer <mdf@...nel.org>

v2: new in this version of the patchset
v3: for bisectability some changes moved to earlier patches
v4: no change to this patch in this version of patchset
v5: Add Moritz' ack
