Subject: [PATCH 2/2] lockdep: Remove BROKEN flag of LOCKDEP_CROSSRELEASE

Now the performance regression was fixed, re-enable LOCKDEP_CROSSRELEASE
and LOCKDEP_COMPLETIONS.
