Subject: [PATCH] PM_RUN_CYC_SMT2_MODE event not suported on P9

As per the p9 event spreadsheet pm_run_cyc_smt2_mode is not listed.
So this patch is to remove pm_run_cyc_smt2_mode from JSON file
