Subject: [RFC PATCH v8 3/7] arm64: dts: rockchip: Handle PCIe WAKE# signal in pcie driver for Gru

Currently we are handling PCIe WAKE# signal in mrvl wifi driver.
Move it to rockchip pcie driver for Gru boards.

Also avoid this irq been considered as the PCI interrupt pin in the
of_irq_parse_pci().
