Subject: [PATCH 2/4] scsi: qla2xxx: Refactor qla2x00_start_timer()

In preparation for unconditionally passing the struct timer_list pointer to
all timer callbacks, this refactors qla2x00_start_timer() to not pass a
callback argument, since all callers use the same callback.
