Subject: [PATCH] HID: cp2112: Fix I2C_BLOCK_DATA transactions

The existing driver erroneously treats I2C_BLOCK_DATA and BLOCK_DATA
commands the same. Fix the logic for I2C_BLOCK_DATA reads and writes.
