Subject: [PATCH] crypto: hifn_795x - Fix a memory leak in the error handling path of 'hifn_probe()'

'dev' is leaking in the error handling path of 'hifn_probe()'.

Add a 'kfree(dev)' to match the code in 'hifn_remove()'
