 allocation in vnt_alloc_bufs()

From: Markus Elfring <elfring@...rs.sourceforge.net>
Date: Wed, 13 Dec 2017 15:15:45 +0100

Omit an extra message for a memory allocation failure in this function.

This issue was detected by using the Coccinelle software.
