Subject: [PATCH 4.9 05/27] sit: update frag_off info

4.9-stable review patch. If anyone has any objections, please let me know.

------------------

From: Hangbin Liu <liuhangbin@...il.com>

[ Upstream commit f859b4af1c52493ec21173ccc73d0b60029b5b88 ]

After parsing the sit netlink change info, we forget to update frag_off in
ipip6_tunnel_update(). Fix it by assigning frag_off with new value.
