Eliminate the following sparse warnings:

tcpci.c:394:28: warning: incorrect type in assignment (different base types)
tcpci.c:394:28:    expected restricted __le16 [usertype] header
tcpci.c:394:28:    got unsigned int [unsigned] [addressable] reg
