Subject: [PATCH] fs: fat: add ioctl to modify fat filesystem volume label

The FAT filesystem volume label can be read with FAT_IOCTL_GET_VOLUME_LABEL
and written with FAT_IOCTL_SET_VOLUME_LABEL.
