I do not care this much.
I leave this up to you (and ARM-SOC maintainers).

Maybe no.

Looking at arch/arm/mach-s3c64xx/Kconfig,
ARCH_S3C64XX depends on ARCH_MULTI_V6.

Multiplatform selects USE_OF.
