Subject: [PATCH] Documentation: clarify configfs-usb-gadget-rndis

This removes the misleading "(hex)" from the attribute descriptions of
configfs-usb-gadget-rndis. These attributes can only accept decimal
numbers, not hexadecimal formatted numbers.
