I tested this tested on DA850-evm in both Device Tree mode and using
the board file.  The reboot is broken without the watchdog module, but
the watchdog patch is in [PATCH] ARM: davinci_all_defconfig: set
CONFIG_DAVINCI_WATCHDOG=y
Go ahead and mark me down as tested if you want.
