Subject: [PATCH 3.18 8/9] usbip: stub: stop printing kernel pointer addresses in messages

Upstream commit 248a22044366 ("usbip: stub: stop printing kernel
pointer addresses in messages")

Remove and/or change debug, info. and error messages to not print
kernel pointer addresses.
