Subject: [PATCH 2/9] x86/mm: Initialize pgdir_shift and ptrs_per_p4d at boot-time

Switching between paging modes requires folding p4d page table level.
It means we need to adjust pgdir_shift and ptrs_per_p4d during early
boot according to paging mode.
