I can't tell exactly which part of free_moved_vector() that is and which
vector it tries to free, but its more or less the same crap just with a
fatal vector number.
Is there CPU hotplugging in play?
I'll come back to you tomorrow with a plan how to debug that after staring
into the code some more.
