A bit late, but the fix seems to have been committed as a6da0024ffc19, so
telling syzbot:

#syz fix: blktrace: fix unlocked registration of tracepoints

(Actually, syzbot is still hitting this same WARNING, but it appears to be a
different cause, involving perf_trace_event_unreg().  It should get reported as
a new bug shortly...)
