I have just created since-4.16 branch in mm git tree
(http://git.kernel.org/?p=linux/kernel/git/mhocko/mm.git;a=summary). It
is based on v2018-04-05-16-59 tag in Linus tree and mmotm-2018-04-05-16-59.
As usual mmotm trees are tagged with signed tag
