Subject: [PATCH] soc: qcom: qmi: add a prompt to QCOM_QMI_HELPERS

Add a prompt to the "tristate" attribute in the Kconfig file in
which QCOM_QMI_HELPERS is defined; I find it doesn't get selected
without it.
