Subject: [PATCH 03/15] powerpc/powernv: opal-kmsg standardise OPAL_BUSY handling
OPAL_CONSOLE_FLUSH is documented as being able to return OPAL_BUSY,
so implement the standard OPAL_BUSY handling for it.
