Subject: [PATCH v4 4/7] dmaengine: imx-sdma: remove useless 'lock' and 'enabled' in 'struct sdma_channel'

Since 'sdmac->vc.lock' and 'sdmac->desc' can be used as 'lock' and
'enabled' in 'struct sdma_channel sdmac', remove them.
