Subject: [PATCH 05/12] spi: spi-fsl-dspi: Support 4 to 16 bits per word transfers

From: Esben Haabendal <eha@...f.com>

This extends the driver with support for all SPI framesizes from 4 to 16
bits, and adds support for per transfer specific bits_per_word, while at
the same time reducing code size and complexity.
